Troubleshooting sign-up

Fix problems creating your Rap Fame account.

Rap Fame allows only one account per device to prevent fake account registrations. If sign-up fails, check whether you have registered from this device before.

If you registered previously

You cannot create another account from the same device. To use Rap Fame, log in with your existing account.

If this is your first time registering

  1. Verify all information is correct — username, email, password.
  2. Restart the app and try again.
  3. Take a screenshot of any error message you see.
  4. Contact support@raptech.co and include:
    • The screenshot of the error
    • Your intended username
    • The device and iOS or Android version you are using

We will investigate and help you complete registration.
