How to reset your password

If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password option to regain access to your account.

Using Forgot Password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
2. Follow the steps to reset your password via email.

If you registered via Facebook, Gmail, or Apple

You do not need a password. Simply tap the login option for the provider you used to register:

1. On the login screen, tap Log in with Facebook, Log in with Gmail, or Log in with Apple.
2. Follow the prompts to authenticate.
