try this (1)channel eq drop the low end to clean up the mud a bit(2) try a classic VCA compression -33.0 threshold 13.0:1 adjust make up knob and field according depending on how your recording signal levels were done. vocals highest input signals when recording should not go over -6db to leave room for mix and mastering (3) add a deEsser (4) Noise gate (fast gate to open and close vocals clear out any backround noice from recording(5) a second channel eq to make warmer (6)add another compress this time a standard final hip hop multiprocessor cross over low range set at 160hz mids 390hz highs 2200Hz and play around with make up levels a bit till you like (7)spreader optional feel it out. hit or miss with this(8) third eq for high end (9)&(10) last always put your reverb then a limiter.
