I'm a whole otha beast, I'm way outta yo reach but I Dare you to try me, please believe I'm lying come around and test me, come up wit yo' best spit behold ma presence, everywhere I'm present, this lyrical obsession, in ma possession, has got me feeling possessed, being told to get rest, but the voices in ma head, encourage me to write what's said, that I'll sleep plenty when I'm dead, got me out here chasing breaths, I see all the rightz but im making all the lefts, I'm good at playing checkers but this bitch is playing chess, looking back at those words, just take it a test... anyways I'm motivated, by those who thought I was playing, those that said I wouldn't make it, I stand here as proof I made it, best believe I made mistakes, by the tons by the crates, but inspired by the greatest, men who simply spoke & still filled up a stadium, that's the life I'm chasin, progressive realization, of a worthy Ideal, that to me is what's real, to wake every morning, n step into ma glory, never about the money, always about the stories, I think of all the kings, that came around before me, even Solomon, the wisest in the Bible often gave in, n often was beguiled I swear I'm Fucking perfect, Except for the scar on ma lip, n the one on ma brow, n the tattoos on ma arms, n the chip on ma shoulder, n ma heart that's getting colder, but I'm pretty handsome, I work out really often, pull as many reps, as I push relationships, to the edge, I swear im never mad, just slightly aggressive, with ma goals obsessive, ma efforts are excessive, if it's mine, I'm possessive, if that's ma girl I'm jealous, if it's ma town I'm Sheriff, n while I breath, in essence, I pray that it lessens, the need for hard learned lessons, cuz when ma faith in questions, ma vibe is quite depressive...but that's if..I continue this. a modern Egyptian, seeking out wisdom, yeah his life could cost him, but when u find purpose, it's a deal u close it, ...
