Reporting harassment or bullying

Rap Fame does not tolerate harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior. If another user is harassing you, the team can help.

What you can do immediately

Before contacting support, you can block a user directly:

1. Go to their profile
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Select Block

When you block someone:

• They cannot send you messages
• They cannot leave comments on your tracks or battles
• They cannot challenge you to battles
• You won't receive notifications if they tag you or like your content

You can unblock them later if you change your mind.

Reporting to the support team

If blocking is not enough, or if you want to report a user's behavior, email support@raptech.co with:

1. Description of what happened — Explain the specific harassment or bullying
2. Username of the person — Their username on the app
3. Screenshots — Photos of the offensive messages, comments, or behavior
4. When it occurred — Date and time

The Rap Fame team will review your report and take action against the user if they violated the community rules.
