Troubleshooting subscription renewal

If your Premium subscription did not renew even though you paid for it, try these steps to restore your access.

Steps to restore your subscription

1. Go to Profile → Settings.
2. Tap Sync payments (Android) or Restore purchases (iPhone).
3. Wait for the app to sync with your payment provider.
4. Your Premium access should reappear.

If syncing does not work

Contact support@raptech.co and include:

• Your username on the app.
• A screenshot or copy of the receipt from Google Play or the App Store showing you paid for the subscription.

Our team will investigate and help restore your Premium access.
