Refunds and disputes

All purchases on Rap Fame, including Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases like Benjis, are processed through Google Play or the App Store.

Refund policy

Rap Fame cannot issue refunds directly. Services are provided at the time of purchase. To request a refund, you must contact your payment provider.

How to request a refund

For Apple purchases:

1. Go to the App Store.
2. Tap your account → Purchased or Subscriptions.
3. Find the transaction and select Report a Problem.
4. Apple will review your request and process refunds or credits if approved.

For Google Play purchases:

1. Go to Google Play.
2. Tap your account → Payments and subscriptions → Purchases or Subscriptions.
3. Find the transaction and select Report a problem.
4. Google will review and process refunds if approved.

Both Apple and Google review all refund requests independently. Rap Fame cannot override their decisions.

Pending charges

If you see a "pending" charge on your card, note that pending charges may take 1–2 days to process or drop off, depending on your bank's policies. Contact your bank if a pending charge does not clear within a few days.
