What are Benjis?

Benjis are the virtual currency of Rap Fame. You earn them in the app or buy them, and you spend them on promotion and other features in the Rap Fame Shop. Your balance is shown next to the yellow Benjis icon in the top right corner of your Profile.

Benjis are not real money. You cannot cash them out, and you cannot send them to another user. They never expire.

Benjis are separate from Crowns and Diamonds, which are ranking points.

How to earn Benjis for free

Claim your daily reward

1. Go to Profile → Benji amount in the top corner.
2. Tap Get Benjis for Free.
3. Tap Get Daily Reward.

The reward grows with every day in a row. If you skip a day, the streak starts again from day 1. The current amounts are shown in the app.

Complete your Career

Go to Profile → Career. Each step of your rap career pays Benjis once: select a beat, publish a track, join a contest, become a judge, and so on. The amount is shown next to each step.

Invite friends

Share your personal referral link. When your friend installs the app through your link, signs up, and confirms their email, you both get Benjis. See How to earn referral rewards.

Judge tracks by new artists

Open a Judge Session and leave helpful feedback on a track by a new artist. When the artist finds your feedback helpful, you earn Benjis. You can turn this off in Settings.

Win contests and tournaments

Benjis are part of the prize in official contests. The exact prizes are in the rules of each contest.

Climb the Rap League

Finish high in your division at the end of the week and claim your prize. Lower divisions pay Benjis. The top league pays real money.

Upload a beat

If you upload a beat and the Rap Fame team releases it to the beat library, you get Benjis.

Celebrate your birthday

Add your birth date to your profile. On your birthday, Rap Fame sends you Benjis as a gift.

Review tracks as an expert

Experts review tracks for other artists and set their own price in Benjis. The artist pays, and the expert receives the price plus any tip. Expert access is limited. Check the app to see if you can apply.

How to buy Benjis

1. Go to Profile → Benji amount in the top corner.
2. Choose a pack.
3. Confirm the purchase.

Payment goes through Google Play or the App Store. The store sets the price in your local currency. Watch for seasonal deals, when packs are discounted.

Purchase problems

Rap Fame does not process payments and cannot refund them directly. See Refunds and disputes. If you paid but the Benjis did not arrive, wait a few minutes and restart the app. If they are still missing, contact support@raptech.co with your username and the store receipt.

What to spend Benjis on

Send to HOT

This is the main use of Benjis. Send your track to the HOT feed to get plays, likes, and comments from thousands of users. There are several tiers. Higher tiers give more reach and more judge feedback. The top tier also puts your track on the Shortlist for Featuring with a review from the Rap Fame team. The price of each tier is shown in the app.

Extra track uploads

You can publish a limited number of tracks in 24 hours for free. To publish more, pay Benjis per extra track, or wait. See Track upload limits.

Judge Pass

Judge Sessions run on a ticket that recharges over time. Buy the next ticket for Benjis instead of waiting.

AI cover art

Generate a cover for your track in the Studio. The price per cover is shown in the app. If a generation fails on our side, the Benjis are refunded. Requests rejected by the content policy are not refunded.

AI beat generation

Describe a beat and let the AI make it. Standard and Advanced modes have different prices, shown in the app. This feature is in beta and is available in selected regions. If a generation fails, the Benjis are refunded.

Expert track review

Pick an expert and pay their price plus a service fee. The full price is shown before you pay. The expert has a deadline to deliver. If they miss it, you get a full refund. You can tip the expert after the review.

AI verification badge

Run an AI check on your track to confirm that it is not AI-generated. The price is shown in the app.

Rules to know

• Benjis do not expire.
• Benjis cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sent to another user.
• If you delete your account, your Benjis are lost with it. They cannot be moved to a new account.
• If you do not have enough Benjis for a purchase, the app offers you to buy a pack or to earn free Benjis.
• Prices and reward amounts can change. The app always shows the current values.
• The Top chart has a Benjis leaderboard of the users with the largest balance.
