My life aint filled with all that sparkles and sizzles More like partly cloudy with a constant fog & drizzle But not to say I can't find reason to smile Cause just a few things can make it all worthwhile No matter the strength of the storms, how deep the pain Love is the guiding force, the shelter from the rain It's the the little things that matter the most ya know The blessings, the people, the places you go In a world so beautiful, yet so cruel Love conquers all, in that age old duel Never hurts to step foot in the shoes of another See just how much we're really all sisters & brothers Cause through the eyes of another, a different perspective Is that place where wisdom, compassion & respect live Sometimes thats all it takes to truly see There's not much difference between you and me To see that some people have it so much worse than you To see that no matter my skies, I'm coloring 'em blue JT*15
