Looking at the word like hello darkness my old friend I must of took the wrong road how am I seeing you again I ask my father in heaven to keep me shining like im one of them/ I heard GOD'S favorites have a hard time im messing up daily having a hard time tryna fall in line there so much trouble in this life of mine/ But the world hate me thats how I know im doing something right nothin but old rollies switchin daily in my sight im tryna gain insight to inside my own mind/ Like what am I doing wrong cant blame everything on everybody else I know what feet my shoes are on but ima soldier i just carry on to the beat of the drum / The battle has begun i aint no slum GOD please make me like one of them so I can be safe when you come/// 1ot the way to look at me i know they tryna finish me but im here to be/stand out amongst the rest everyday a Bible and a vest only a few will be left no different than the rest/// I stomp on these snakes expose the fake I leave em irate when I step on the field I play/ I come to pause the applause here to break down the walls break jaws hang my balls/ Im one of them they gone know my name not here for the fame just the claim my whole life spent on erasing a stain/ Im back re branded 10 toes stay standin touchin down like a crash landing leaving these hoes famished/ All of a sudden my foes vanished after I erased the picture that they brandish im just being candid no more help I left em stranded/// 1ot the way to look at me i know they tryna finish me but im here to be/stand out amongst the rest everyday a Bible and a vest only a few will be left no different than the rest///
