Why drafts disappear and what to do
Understand why your draft recordings may vanish and how to protect them.

Drafts are stored locally on your device, which means they depend on your device''s storage and app data. If a draft disappears, it is usually caused by a device issue or app action.
Common reasons drafts disappear
- You reinstalled the app without saving drafts to your device first
- You cleared the app cache or storage
- You changed devices
- Your device ran out of storage space
Drafts cannot be restored by Rap Fame support if they are lost this way.
How to protect your drafts
Before clearing your app cache, deleting the app, or changing devices, save your incomplete recordings to your device:
- Go to Profile
- Find the draft in your library
- Tap the three dots below the track
- Select Save to Device (Android) or Save to Files (iPhone)
Your recording will be saved as a file you can back up or transfer to another device.
