SEV&SZKADDY are a brand new yet highly acclaimed international hip hop act. Bringing together two multi-instrumentalist musicians SEV the Druid from the United States and Szkaddy Szkolka from Australia. Together create a unique yet familiar brand of hip hop that's bound to get your head nodding. Szkaddy Szkolka started his career as a battle MC in the 90's and since then has featured on many tracks with Australia's favourite hip hop artists. Currently the front man for the bands 'Banned Substance' and the notorious 'Double Life'. SEV&SZKADDY is the latest of Szkaddy's projects and it's sure to evoke emotion in any listener. SEV the druid born of fire late one Friday evening a long time ago. He grew up chasing mountain lions off his familys property with a prybar and a length of hose filled with sand. When he was 8 he discovered Hip Hop and began forcibly battle anyone he encountered whether they were participating or not. He was not a widely loved child. On his 14th birthday he found an injured badger and taught him to do beer runs from the local liquor store.
Upon fashioning an old spear into drumsticks he began producing rhythms to carry his abstract stream of conciousness tangents and help listeners decypher their meanings. He began gathering a following of likeminded and fiercely loyal associates who joined his journey to bring True Hip Hop to the masses with their defiantly unique and intricately advanced amalgamation of their styles. Its said on dark nights when the astral bodies inhabiting our greater universe are most active A low hum can be heard from all horizons. They say its The Druid preparing his greatest production. A parting of the skys in welcome of a greater conciousness and doper beat!
