MOST OF MY WORK IS FREESTYLE Hey I'm sammy scribblez , 33 years old , 16081990 I put my hand to and genre I possibly can . Rapping is more than just a way to try escape the struggle to me! If I didn't have music as an outlet for my emotional pain and trauma I've experienced in life I would nit be here. From custody battles to see my 1st born as a 17 year old , homelessness during my early teens and throughout my life to being abused and violated by father figures and touched by one if their employees/friend, drug addiction mental health problems , 7 years in prison and more time and most recently my son nevaeh dying. The gift of writing lyrics or freestyles have saved my soul and kept me fighting and marching on . I get told by people thst hear me spit so many times that I need to show what I can do to a wider audience and keep believing in my dreams . I doubted my abilities at first and still do from time to time but them something tells me ,,, sammy you can do this ,, they say its a gift ,, one thst we are lucky as lyricists to possess.i would 100 percent be dead if it wasn't fir music and being able to release and vent on a beat. My notepads are my dojo it's my happy place. Well anyway time I listened to people and quit the self doubt . We live once so before I quit and fold or my heart stops and I lose my breath imma grind .
