Found rap during the darkest time of my life. Fell in love with it and found it to be extremely therapeutic, definitely an incredible outlet,m. Writing down raw thoughts and feelings and looking at them from different perspectives and altering them is very beneficial and can be very introspective and revealing. For me a freestyle means not written or premeditated, just letting raw thoughts flow out uncensored naturally in the moment.
