Who would have thought - TexaCali254 was born in Waco ,Tx and has reside in Sacramento, Ca since the age 11 as Benjamin Harris. TexaCali254 start doing music during his employment working at family owned "Street Level Records" in Sacramento, CA . As Street Level Records progressed they decided to merge with other family members in Waco, TX back in 1992 -97 where Texacali254 managed underground music new releases. The record store was popular introducing Cali Underground rap music and Texas-New York-mid-west-ect underground music. T.C. started learning different programs on recording and playing around with the mixing, when he found his first group duo to work with. JR & CZY both young men in high school who lived in T.C.'s studio on the weekends & after school. Before their albums dropped the agenda of going into the military service and college became priority for them. Dealing with the two artist gave Texacali254 the opportunity to learn certain of things needed to be known with in the music business 7 also meeting new artist . Not only is Texacali254 the C.F.O of his own Label YUNG WORK INT STUDIO & television series THE IND SHOW (Music ,Arts & culture) since 2009 -2010- F.A.N.S radio (friends always need support ) Texacali254 has been producing other independent artists in which he has been holding back his anticipated double Album "Who I Be" & "O.G.H.H.(original good hip hop) which will be dropping 2016. He also host shows in support of other talented independent artist. He also shares opportunity to the artist regarding radio & television. T.C. has had the opportunity to open up shows for name known artist such as BET 106 & Park Audition/Showcase, Bueno, Mr Howard Hewett ,San Quinn, Yukmouth, Filmore Slim and more...
