doing a charity boxing match and thought I'd do my own entrance music. use the platform to talk bout something important. only got 50 secs can't get no sleep, feel so weak suicide thoughts proper deep feel alone dont want to talk heads a mess from prescription drugs i battled through, not perfect but im here thought I'd talk real, cos it ain't only me this things real but it's a fight you can win

im very calm but very complex, sometimes little thing get me vexed deal with the maddest thing fine then minor and dark cloud comes could be days or weeks mind is fucked. at night I worry, then wake and repeat heart pounding, rushing, physically sick stuck in a rut too tired to fight anxiety twists in my gut like a knife can understand why some want to die head jammed with traffic, chest feeling tight, stomach full of butterflies can't get no sleep, feel so weak suicide thoughts proper deep feel alone dont want to talk heads a mess from prescription drugs i battled through, not perfect but im here thought I'd talk real, cos it ain't only me this things real but it's a fight you can win
