Your voice is a bit quiet in the mix, you may wanna put it up a little. Try workin' on the bars to get a fresh lyrical sound. Work on developing new rhymes to help your music cut through. Work on delivery to make sure your bars are heard in a dope way. Unfortunately the recording hasn't come out too well, it would be great if you could clean that up.
