Life is hard,
Hope I make it,
It’s a risk,
But I take it,
sick of Feelin
stuck in a basement,
tryna get myself onto a higher placement,
 Life is hard,
But I’ll make it,
can’t wait much time then i feel a little anxious,
gotta get up off The pavement,
can they hear me across
The nation,
Life is hard.

Trap music developed during the period of the 90s to 2000s, typically in the south of the US. It is usually recognised by the beat involving hi-hats, bass drum and synthesisers. Lyrically, themes involve typical violence, club life, drug culture and street life.

Gangsta rap evolved from the mid-80s from hardcore rap, mainly defined by the lyrical content about gangsta lifestyle usually based on crime and violence.
