Fighting a war against an opponent we can't see Doctors working round the clock and we still ain't got a vaccine We're running outta ammo but we won't accept defeat Everybody wearing masks and there's chaos in the streets Grocery stores are empty but we still got mouths to feed It destroys us from the inside breaks us down and we can't breath Who are we fighting you ask? It's name is CoVid-19. Not an army it's a virus, fucking global pandemic People die all on their own cause if you're there than you'll die with em Now the government is saying that to survive you must be distant We all got people that we love who are far away and we can't visit Cause armies hunt you down but this one lives within us We fight battle after battle and sometimes we are winnin' Crazy time to be livin', For the first time in centuries, humanity, we're all one And if any being can defeat this enemy then I promise you it's us So let's all stick together cause they can't quarantine love.
