Look ma I made it yes I made it x2 Hustled hard worked hard yea I made it It started back in high school papa told me to go to work if I wanted insurance and gas to drive his old ford truck I was tired of riding the bus cuz if we wasn't late then it was luck always missing breakfast and getting to class after the bell rung So I put in my application to a local sub shop and about 2 weeks later they called me on the spot and about 2 weeks later I was getting that gwap I was so damn happy that I didn't wana stop But I quickly realized this I ain't where I wana be making 200 dollars every other damn week So I went to another spot Red Lobster was calling me I was making double or triple on the fuckin beat but it wasn't enough so I went to school and got that degree now I'm so prepared prepared as I can be but I was caught up that life satan was following me working every week so I can party and smoke that weed then I got fed up with that shit and that shit ain't for me so four months later I got sober and decided it was over. I'm a big boy now its time to turn that old life over. I was stuck in a ditch but now I'm bout to run that bitch over 14 years is enough when the struggle gets harder so I finally put in my application to something that can get me farther I'm wishing I was fishing But now I'm fishing for them dollas Everyday is a blessing gotta move forward and test the waters
