Director what a joke

Director these days we have directors that cant lead but want us to respect them they get hired for a job months go by you still here why you not fired. come to find out they are liers call you into the office for no reason man go head on give me one good reason i should resoect you. the supervisors leading the crew while the director in the office looking like a fool then go to the neetings people saying how amazing the crew is and you take all the credit when your assistant do more work than you then you should feel like a fool you got hired to work not walking around learking. Director what a joke you should be in the chuckle factory and make people laugh with your war stories every time you come into work it is like a war because you never know what you will get lets brace for the worst because when you was hired you should have been fired the same week. i know im not perfect but i bring so much to the table to were they dont want to get ride of me yet i stopped people from walking out when they lost doubt well my time has come to put my two weeks in nice working with you but it is time for me to move on. now im gone you can have some relief just know you will never find another me and now you might get off your can and lead its the only way you going to keep the peace by leading because at the end of the day your not a professor but a director.
