If you pull me down, Make sure that I drown, Because I'll get back up, Call my whole squad for backup, Which will lead to a whole chain reaction. PoeticAlien is my name, Poetry is my game, I'll never stop writing, Even if you say my poems are lame, So if you go missing; your mouth is to blame. I love my country, Even though we live in worry, For there's so much crime, But I still have my life, So I guess its not yet my time. Chain reaction is an event that causes other events, Just one happened but will lead to more, It will hurt my mind and heart to the core, But we have to live with it even if its sore. My generation is a ticking time bomb, That will explode any minute now, So with both knees you should bow, And pray to God I don't know how, But do it fast and do it now! Throw a gold chain in the sea, And you will see, How youngsters will dive, With no oxygen they won't survive, A bright future themselves they will deprive. Our ancestors sacrificed themselves so we can get out of these chains, But we would die to get in this chain, It does not matter what its made of, So please people let's create a nation and a world we can be proud of! Life isn't about pleasing everyone, its about hurting no one! Because the things that we do, does affect everybody that loves you! I'd like to stop rhyming now... I just feel like its enough, These times are crucial, These times are tough. Everyday I wake up and it seems as if this world is getting more cremated, We're burning the Ozone layer, Burning thousands of trees, And on top of that we're burning our own lungs, I mean our we human beings that stupid? I pray that we realise this soon rather then later especially the people with power to change all of this... I usually get confused when people say God bless America. God should bless the whole world because the whole world is fucked up. I hope this isn't going on for the next generation because if it does, we won't have a future generation. Peace, PoeticAlien.
