@jmortimeradler coming from a spoken word poet myself, that's the biggest key, to have endless amount of content, n I'd say when done try ur best to memorize your verses and rhymes, familiarity with the verses will allow u to be more versaytyle on any beat presented to u, and tnt? that's how the fast rappers or "choppers" are able to do what they do... memorizing

ie feeling words, critical thinking vocab words, metaphoric words on intention mental capacity inquiry and discovery words related only to war.
Plug em into poet assistant and build up my rhyming vocab because i can't be the fastest so i focus on creativity.
