panick attacks

Hanging around after school. Trying to stay calm and cool. Breathing heavily seeing blurd faces around me. Life's a fake reality when pain takes away your mortality. Slowly dying inside. All you wana do is hide. Can't even find your sight. Panic attacks twist your mind. Pitch black inside, suddenly colour blind. Feels like your brains failed. Eyes fixed on nothing, face pale. Can't breath, suffocating. Slowly waiting for release, feel isolated. Mind shutdown, can't feel or hear a thing. Except the buzzing noise in your ear, it's a funny ring. Your get anxious and afraid. Mental pain. No need for aid. Just need a mental doctor to come and fix your dillusional brain.
