People wanna know if an autistic life is real Crying yourself to sleep at night is real Going to the phych so your small child can be prescribed a pill Just so he can maybe cope and deal refusing to eat a meal What you know about going out in public He begins to scream and seize and people don't do nothing What you know about parents of typical children  rubbing their kids accomplishments in your face enduring Hearing them say how their child can speak Or how they never give an issue when it's time to eat What you know about at first not knowing Having to study research treatment and learn that psychologically they stop growing What u know about Weak parents placing there kids in a permanent residence where staff degrading their kids Just because they tired of facing their kids Have a baby basically replacing their kids What you about isps Or asthmatic child unable to say I can't breathe What you know about your child biting his hands Because he feels something that he can't understand He just wants to feel "something!"  So he's punching the walls ,hitting his mouth Because he doesn't want to go out or sit in his house  What you know about episodes and I don't mean television, I'm talking about sensory overload  Everything has to be specific and literal regular Routines and clothes need to be a certain material Food cant be wrong texture Then there's the high functioning section of the spectrum that would rather text ya Decompression is a necessary medicine Basically being alone after being out your element Their honesty could seem offensive Because it's straight to the point it's senseless to sugar coat let alone a sentence Lack of contextual facial expression Puts autistic people under attack cause it seems their not paying attention  But they're literally absorbing everything you say and it's messed up  A person has to constantly dress up rehearse how to converse  And it must hurt to feel so singled out by some dumb jerks
