Look, I just wanna rhyme just a way to sedate my mind Music playing in my head all the time only way to get thru the struggles that I've been thru thoughts eating me alive and I'm just tryna survive I work hard for the money still struggling to pay the rent I don't work a 9 to 5 and this ain't a testament just tryna convey the sentiment of my detriment didn't graduate college but still payin for it tryna climb the corporate ladder but still kissing ass and eating shit for it cuz they got us stacked up like a human centipede and shit rolls down hill so they plant a seed here and there for motivation but don't impede cuz they'll cut you down like a weed and wont even pay you your vacation so I'm working 13 hours shifts backs aching and shins split then the beat plays in my head right before the thought of being better off dead then the rhymes come to my mind and help me pull thru the the tough times just lost I'm my own head
