God is good

In the struggle, I rise, with my eyes on the prize, Through the pain and the lies, still I’m blessed in disguise, Got a heart full of hope, while I’m chasing my dreams, Life’s a canvas of schemes, but I’m painting it clean. From the gutter, I climb, with my faith as my guide, In the midst of the storm, I find peace deep inside, Every tear that I shed, turns to wisdom and light, In the dark of the night, I’m igniting the fight. God is good, no doubt, when the world’s feeling cold, In the depths of despair, I’m still bold and I’m sold, To the truth that I seek, through the trials I face, With the grace of the Most High, I embrace my own pace.
