In the shadows where the diamonds gleam, Life’s a struggle, chasing dreams, it seems, Fell from grace, now I’m stuck in schemes, Countin’ scars while I plot my means. Used to shine, but the light turned dim, Lost my way, now I’m fighting within, Heart heavy, like I’m trapped in sin, Looking for hope, but it's wearing thin. Flickering thoughts, like a candle's glow, Memories haunt me, can’t let 'em go, Friends turned foes, in the cold wind blow, Trust is shattered, like ice on the flow.
