blue print in the dark

Streetlights hum a quiet tune.Shadows dance beneath the moon.Coffee cups are cold and old.Stories that remain untold.I am drawing lines ahead.Walking where the silence spread.Building up a brand new spark.Finding blueprints in the dark.Clock hands tick and slip away.Waiting for the break of day.Heavy boots upon the street.Rhythm of a steady beat.I am drawing lines ahead.Walking where the silence spread.Building up a brand new spark.Finding blueprints in the dark.Every brick is made of doubt.Every whisper turns to shout.I will leave the past behind.Leaving what I used to find.Just a spark. In the dark.Moving on.Till the dawn.
