Therapy Session For The Mentally Depressed

Good evening I would first like to say nothing you say here will leave this office. This is a safe place and I want you to feel comfortable so take your time. Your chart here says you been feeling depressed. Care to share whats been going on lately. Im running blind cant seem to find away around the walls in mind built over time with pain it binds Emotional scars keep me confined. Each brick cemented by the hurt inflicted Now keeps me restricted As the new hieght is lifted Confidence becomes shifted Hope becomes sifted mixed with broken dreams Negativity gifted. Im sorry your going through this. That is just awful. About how long and when did you start feeling this way. Times not transparent with a depresional varient Was it my choices. Or the choices of my parents. Thats life its history invisible force is now restraining me How can i fix what I cant see. Happiness now troubles me. My reflection is a stranger Filled with sadness and some anger I dont put resentment on a hangar. dont need change it needs a changer. driving liscense no motivational drive. Self disbelief with no life goals to strive I love my daughter thats why im alive. Im Raising the reason to put down the knife Your daughter sounds amazing and your right that little girl loves you and needs you. And that right there is reason enough to get better. So back to that comment about the knife can you elaborate. I had a friend ride suicide I saw his daughter and cried. Thought about what i could of tried but we all got demons we hide. I can not bare to cause pain be the reason for torement and strain im the shelter for others in there rain. care more for others then I and that sounds fucking insane . It cant be for me. Its for someone. Gives me a will as purpose rises like the morning sun To be what they want a motivation to get it done. To be what I want motivation I have none Is that codependency I also destructive tendencies Sometimes when things go well Ill turn it to a tragedy.
