My Promise Stands is one of my most personal records. It’s about the sacrifices, struggles, distance, and pressure I face while fighting to remain present in my son’s life. No matter how difficult the road becomes, how far I have to drive, or how much I have to sacrifice, I refuse to break the promise I made to be a better father. This song is a reminder that through the stress, the pain, and everything working against me, my son will always be worth the fight—and my promise will always stand.
