5 to 17 years old

I was five years old, my world changed fast, Scared and confused, trying to make it last. Too young to understand the tears in the room, Just knew life got quiet way too soon. Age Six–Nine Started asking questions, learning through pain, Finding little pieces of sunshine again. Holding my brother’s memory close to me, Learning healing takes time, but I could still breathe. Age Ten–Thirteen I learned being strong doesn't mean never crying, It means getting back up and always trying. Hope got louder, fear got small, I kept moving forward through it all. Age Fourteen–Seventeen Dreams got bigger, I learned to grow, Found my faith and let the good things show. Every memory helped shape who I became, And I’m still moving forward through every change. Outro One step, one year, one heartbeat at a time, Still carrying love, still letting myself shine. For every kid who had to grow up too soon— Keep holding on. Your tomorrow is coming soon.
