In shadows lurk, I’m lost, can’t find the light, Mind’s a maze, twisted thoughts, it’s a fright, Heart’s racing, pacing, demons in my sight, I’m screaming at the mirror, who’s wrong, who’s right? Colors fading, life’s a game, I play for keeps, Waking nightmares haunt me, even in my sleeps, Trust is broken, in the dark, the silence creeps, I’m drowning in my feelings, sinking in the deeps. Fame’s a curse, can’t escape this heavy weight, Masked emotions, truth or lies, I contemplate, Friends turning foes, I can’t differentiate, In this chaos, my soul’s the one they desecrate. I’m a puzzle with pieces lost in the abyss, Searching for the answers, but it’s hit or miss, In this twisted game, can’t find my bliss, I don’t understand myself, it’s a dark abyss.
