People think healing always looks peaceful.

Sometimes it looks like movement.

Sometimes it looks like walking away without getting the answers you wanted. Sometimes it means carrying the weight without letting it stop you. Every setback taught me something. Every scar pointed me in a new direction. I'm not running from my past anymore—I'm moving through it.

"Static in Motion" from my album The Akashic Records is streaming now on all major platforms.

If you've ever had to rebuild your life while the world expected you to stay broken, this one's for you.
