Jellyfish Reproduction

Jellyfish are considered biologically immortal because, in the event of stress, starvation, or injury, they are capable of reversing their life cycle. Instead of dying, an adult reverts to a "juvenile" form—a polyp—from which new jellyfish subsequently grow.
