🎤 "Keep the Lemons" You wrote a whole book just to tell me goodbye, Had to read four paragraphs just to find out why. Talking lemons and lessons like you teaching a class, I got to the last line like, "Dang, that's a lot for a pass." You said life gives lemons, gotta learn and move on, So I took that advice and now I'm already gone. Got my focus on the field, got my focus on the grind, While you're writing long speeches, I'm just chasing what's mine. Thought I'd be sitting around, feeling hurt, feeling stuck, But I'm back in my bag and I don't care that much. Every play, every rep, every goal that I chase, Got me moving way ahead, I ain't stuck in one place. You can keep your lemonade, keep your lemons too, I got bigger things to do than keep worrying 'bout you. No hate, no drama, that's the way that it goes, Sometimes people walk away, and that's life, I suppose. Keep the lemons, keep the speech, I'm too busy chasing dreams you can't reach. Head down, work hard, that's the code I live by, You wrote a goodbye story, I just said goodbye.
