Three Doors

Throughout my past three appointments within a month. My dietician, psychiatrist and psychologist all three of them. First my dietician got up to open the door for me which she never did beforehand. Then my psychiatrist did the same thing. Usually I ask her if she wants the door opened or closed while exiting. Though after I published a rap song on the rap fame app on my dietician for doing such. My psychiatrist for the first time got up. Today while my psychologist was walking me out she asked me if I want her to hold the door for me. I said “no” but she still did just a little bit. I believe they all are connected. It’s a real trigger for me as a diagnosed schizophrenic. Though I have gained some power over my auditory hallucinations by realizing I myself is the culprit.
