5. Camera Love

Hook:
Is it me or the spotlight glow?
When the cameras off, do you still show?
Tell me now, don’t play pretend
Is this love or just a trend?

Verse 1:
You hold my hand when flashes pop
But disappear when the views drop
I need real, not for display
Not just cute for IG page

Verse 2:
If we hide in the quiet room
No glam, no crowd, no perfume
Would you still look at me the same?
Or only love me for the fame?

Trap music developed during the period of the 90s to 2000s, typically in the south of the US. It is usually recognised by the beat involving hi-hats, bass drum and synthesisers. Lyrically, themes involve typical violence, club life, drug culture and street life.

Trap

Gangsta rap evolved from the mid-80s from hardcore rap, mainly defined by the lyrical content about gangsta lifestyle usually based on crime and violence.
