Scared at birth
I grew up in the shadows, we call it heart break ridge where fear took hold, Heart heavy with the weight, never felt bold, Eyes wide, nightmares creeping in the night, Thoughts tangled in the dark, no way to find light. In this hell Momma tried her best, so she left the stress was real, Lost in the chaos, never learned to heal, hearin shit in the hallways, demons in my mind, Searching for a savior, but I was blind.so much happen when I was 5 fourteen years passed in a blink of an eye Met this girl, she showed me a different way, In her eyes, I found peace, a brighter day, But still, those echoes linger, hard to let go, Scared of the future, haunted by my low. Lessons from the past, scars that won't fade, Gotta face the fear, no more masquerade, Holding on to hope, but the shadows won’t go Reflecting on my journey, can't ignore the mist.
