Calling Them Home

Some parts of us didn’t disappear. They were just waiting for a safe place to live. I’m building that place now. Calling them home. 🕯️🪽#CallingThemHome #Integration #HealingInMotion #ZoeyDabrease #ReturnToSelf there comes a time in life where we let pieces of ourselves fall away not because they are not valuable but because they are not protected and when we finally start choosing ourselves we start creating the environment where all those places can exist at once and that is integration. so all those pieces of me that have went in to hiding i am calling them home i wanna live full be true and free i wanna learn how to not hide myself from you i wanna reach not just just to teach to grow to know where the road meets with flow so i can show love without caring who shows up no longer disappearing out of fear like a ghost does the old crutch left me stuck i dont need that im calling all the old parts of me back no recast no masks no retool no act , no trap , no need to be cool just free learning to trust me im just following life and learning it does lead
