THE ONLY GOD

Lyrics: Everywhere I go All I see, is everybody struggling to make ends meat, I don’t believe that a life like that should be all I see as a matter of fact if I put my faith in a God I trust, a God whose faithful a God who loves, he supplies my needs he provides my heart with a brand new meaning a brand new start, I don’t recall or remember a time when he’s ever left me alone to die, In all my pride I was oh so doubtful that he existed it just seemed natural to follow all the ways of the world and to follow all the fame and the money and the game and the girls but he humbled me. He taught me patience he gave me peace, I’m a new creation I know now everything that I’ve been through, he was right there with me when i ran to all the drinking and drugs and the other false comforts and placed them above him, he still knew, he stayed true, and he still loved me he picked me up and when I came too, he opened my eyes to the ways of the world to the enemies lies, these days I feel like he gave me a reason he gave me a purpose to make me believe him he showed me his worth and I can’t deny, what he showed me I was so surprised, when he told me that he paid the price, for all my sin and he forgives me, for all I did, and all I’ve done, and all I do if I put my faith in his only son he forgives my past, my present and future mistakes that I make and he’ll erase them to. I pray they you will encounter him like the way I did cause he’s way to good, he’s way to big and he’s way to merciful turning my thirst for the truth to a yearning that leads to him, removes my sin I can see a better view if I look through him, I look to him when my life seems hard, cause he never let me down and he’s all I’ve got. The only God that can raise the dead he’s the only God that I’ll bow my head to the only God that’ll never neglect you, the only God that’ll never forget you, hes got a plan for your life that can never be stopped on God I know he’ll protect you.
