1969 when it all started . I was sipping kerosene should have been water mother married a cop and he shot my father maybe thats when all the problems started no respect cant tell me nothing living with a man that killed two kids in college . Evidence was missing, like a puzzle with no pieces, Slid the charges, now he’s free, but the pain never ceases, Late nights, thinkin’ ‘bout the lives he stole, In the dark, I feel the weight, it’s takin’ its toll. Eyes wide, but the world’s still blind, Karma’s lurkin’, payback’s a matter of time, Trust is dead, in a house full of lies, Every corner’s haunted, can’t escape the cries. Heart heavy, I’m trapped in this cycle of dread, Livin’ with a monster, but the real one’s in my head, No respect for the man, can’t shake this feelin’, In a world so dark, can’t find no healing.
