bro just do What your doing . you sound pretty good I practise flowing everyday here's .a tip I will give you do you know any nursery rhymes ?? like jack n jill or Humpty Dumpty for example cos I use them to practise with I keep saying them over and over faster n faster each time and now my flows pretty fast good luck G hope it helps
