Just got suspended For posting me smokin I guess I was choking My bad I am broken My heart is bleeding My eyes are red Not from the weed But the tears that I’ve shed I didn’t learn shit I’m a man that’s addicted Just tryna fit in I’ve raised myself Only mom and my sis Cuz dad well he fled That dad had me dead At the ripe age of 5 Just laying in bed Tears in my eyes I didn’t get it that was my first case of abandonment Then came grandma and grandpa cousins uncles and aunts What the fuck was going on I was just a kid When my mom started dating again I watched as she cried cuz her heart was broken I’m writing this song With all I have left I have nobody I’m standing alone Nobody is home Gave up the smoke I’m at an end of a rope Nobody to pull me Nobody to help me Im standing in puddles Of tears that I’ve cried Take a deep breath and sigh Still askin the whys Each day wake up With the goal to survive Make it my mission To make it in life I keep thinkin I wasn’t supposed to survive I can’t even lie I’m hurting real bad Even tho im kinda winning at life I got me a cool car And a girl with a smile that last Too much on my head I’m slipping And sliding And writing like lighting I’m rhyming this lining And this is me signing off
