Back in the day, we were carefree, no worries, Riding bikes through the park, just me and my buddies, Sunshine on our faces, laughter in the air, Now I’m chasing shadows, wishing I was there. Time flies like a kite in the wind, Memories fade, but I still hold them in, Ice cream trucks and summer nights, Playing tag until the streetlights ignite.
