ITS SLIENT ...

Im hurting inside i dont know why .. I want to scream at myself and question why. is slient depression coming in like a wave and crashing over me without relizing it. im hurting , im screaming , im fighting , im yelling to never give up to get up. its slient , the tears , fear, gulit , shame ..., nightmares over and over again . panic attacks , flashbacks , night sweats ... is slient depression coming in like a wave and crashing over me without relizing it . the wounds are trying to heal with agebandages surrounding them while the wounds are leaking out . deep wounds that need fixing... everyday is a struggle. But u have to get up and fix it . Take the open wounds and burry them with ace wrapped . Keep it closed not open dont let it bleed out .
