Trying to break free from This grief

This doctor what u took from me , the pain the hurt the shame the gulit i feel each day . The greif i try to lay to rest at night but cant . I lose sleep , i cry , i break words left  unsaid . the bitterness and darkness i feel in my heart . This doctor , u came into my life destory who i used to be a beauitful soul , never hurting never greifing tell i met you. You came into my life 2019 and took my babies away from me , destory my inner peace . forgiveness in on my heart , for years its being but i cant forgive you fully yet , the hurt and pain u caused me and my family .. u took happiness away i got that call my daughter and son were gone ...I have bitterness that lives in my heart im trying to break free from it and but it still stays there on cold bitter night im screaming at my heart to forgive you everyday and what you did to me ... Youre a true monster from disguise...
