My life confession I’m staring in the mirror, reflections of my past, Fighting demons in my mind, but I’m built to last, Chains of addiction try to pull me to the ground, But I rise like a phoenix, hear my heart’s sound. Every scar tells a story, every tear’s a lesson, In the dark I found my light, turned pain into progression, Used to drown in the bottle, now I’m swimming in hope, With every step I take, I’m learning how to cope. Battles in my chest, but I’m ready for the war, Got the strength of a lion, hear me roar, I won’t let the struggle define who I am, I’m breaking through the walls, yeah, I’m making my plan. Life’s a canvas, and I’m painting it bright, With every stroke of courage, I’m igniting my fight, No more running from the shadows, I’m embracing the light, Fighting demons and addiction, now I’m ready to ignite. Yeah, I’m rising from the ashes, demons on my back, Every step a struggle, but I’m never looking back. Fighting shadows in the night, they whisper in my ear, Telling me to give in, but I’m fueled by my fear. Addiction’s like a chain, trying to hold me down, But I’m breaking through the pain, wearing hope like a crown. Got the scars to prove it, yeah, I’ve been through the storm, But every battle I face, it just helps me transform. I see the light ahead, it’s a vision so clear, With every ounce of strength, I’m conquering my fears. A warrior in this life, I’m carving out my fate, No more running from the truth, I’m embracing every weight. Heart full of courage, mind sharper than a knife, I’m rewriting my story, yeah, I’m reclaiming my life. Through the struggles and the strife, I’m finding my way, Won’t let nothing stop me, I’m here to seize the day. Fight through my addiction, I won’t fail this mission, A life I been wishing, dreams caught in the friction. Anxiety creeping, it’s a thief in the night, But I’m rising from the shadows, ready to fight. Thoughts spinning in circles, like a record on repeat, Battles in my mind, but I won’t accept defeat. Sober days ahead, I can see the light glow, Can’t explain why I want my life to be over though. (Verse 2) Memories haunt me, like ghosts in my mind, Searching for peace, but it’s so hard to find. I’m breaking these chains, no more living in fear, With every step forward, I’m drawing you near. Courage in my veins, I’m rewriting my fate, No more drowning in sorrow, I’m ready to elevate.
