Man without a Plan

I’m a man without a plan Got nothin better to do, and I’ve been working with these hands- trying to improve, I been standing up for myself but I’m not standing up for views, and I’m looking through these eyes like I’m seeing the truth, I’m a sinner not a saint, I’m a giver not a taker, living life this way is just a part of my nature, this a flawed manifestation of everything I’ve done, this accord is my way to atone for my darkness, now I’ve started something, I’ve only just begun, stopped reaching for greatness now I’m reaching for love, Used to think I was a prodigy thought I was a genius, thought that I was I meant to be somebody that could free this, world from all the pain and all the suffering we go through, but now I know the truth I’m just somebody like you, I’m a man without a plan I’m a man with no direction, a man without a hope to ever know his own reflection, and I’m sick of second guessing myself, sick of feeling like I don’t belong, sick of feeling like a failure, sick of trying to be somebody that I’m not.
