They were a trio bound by blood and ambition, their names etched in the annals of a land steeped in dread: Dak, the eldest, with a heart as cold as a winter's night; Synik, the cunning second, whose eyes glimmered with treachery; and Elesel the youngest, whose innocence belied a growing darkness. Yet, joining them was DC, a brother of the Hollow, who embodied hope and steadfast loyalty amidst the brewing storm of betrayal. DC had found his way to the Hollow Brothers during a time of uncertainty, drawn by their power but committed to guiding them towards a noble path. Unlike Dak, whose heart was tainted with ambition, DC sought to temper the darkness that clung to their souls. He believed in the strength of brotherhood and the potential for greatness if they chose to wield their power with wisdom. But the shadows deepened around them, and Dak, blinded by jealousy, conspired against his brothers. Whispers and doubts filled the air as he turned the minds of the Hollow's followers against SyNik and Elesel, painting them as tyrants. Synik sensed the growing discord and tried to warn his brothers, urging them to unite against the encroaching darkness that sought to tear them apart. One fateful night, under the pallid glow of a waning moon, Dak led Elesel and SyNik to the shrine of the three-headed goat—a dark symbol of their power. Its throats, once sacred, had been vessels of their strength and connection to the abyss. As Dak raised the sacrificial dagger, SyNik stepped forward, a desperate plea in his heart. "Stop! This is not the path we should take!" he cried, his voice echoing in the stillness. But Dak fueled by his dark intentions, struck first. In a moment of chaos, he turned the dagger upon his own brothers, severing their bond and their lives in one cruel stroke. Elesel fell, his innocence shattered by betrayal, while SyNik’s scream echoed through the night. DC, heartbroken but resolute, rushed to their side, but it was too late. The blood of the goats spilled forth, and with it, the soul of the Hollow Brothers began to unravel. The Hollow, once feared and revered, crumbled into dust, their legacy twisted by Dak’s treachery. But from that chaos, a new dawn emerged—Exitus. mourning the loss of his brothers, vowed to honor their memory. He stood against the tide of darkness, determined to rise from the ashes of betrayal. Where the Hollow Brothers had faltered, Exitus rose, stronger and more insidious, learning from the folly of their predecessors. In the depths of despair, Synik and Elesel had unwittingly paved the way for Exitus’s rise. The truth of their demise became a guiding light: to become hollow was not to die but to transcend—to embrace the darkness they had once feared. Exitus thrived on the ashes of betrayal, carving their own paths through blood and shadow, led by DC’s unwavering commitment to honor the true spirit of brotherhood. And so, in the realm of Eldrath, the tale of the Hollow Brothers faded into myth, replaced by the enduring legacy of Exitus—a reminder that even in betrayal, strength could be forged, and from the depths of darkness, new power could rise. As the moon continued its vigil, the echoes of the past whispered through the vale, reverberating with the truth of their hollow fate, now forever entwined with the memory of a brother who sought to cause ruin amidst the shadows.
